Hands Like Houses – Revive

Bank holiday or not, its been a pretty long week here under the grey London skies. If you’re still struggling in the last few hours though, here’s a track to ease you through, ‘Revive‘ from Aussie rockers Hands Like Houses. This heartfelt little tune is taken from the band’s upcoming ‘Reimagine‘ EP, out on September 16th.

Marmozets – Born Young And Free

Already dubbed “the most exciting young band in Britain” by none other than Kerrang!, Marmozets certainly seem to be living up to expectations with their new single ‘Born Young And Free‘. The raw power and fiercesome energy of the track should definitely generate some excitement for new and old fans alike, and with their stunning performances at Reading & Leeds last weekend behind them, there should be many more fans to come..

A Higher Demise – My Therapist Knows You By Name

Have you missed me? I’ve had laryngitis for the past couple of weeks, so thought this video would be pretty appropriate, seeing as I’ve been spending enough time around nurses (although none wielding needles like this!).
A Higher Demise‘s new video for ‘My Therapist Knows You By Name‘ is a stomping mix of screams and melodic verses for any good post-hardcore fan to tune into.

Fearless Vampire Killers – Neon In The Dance Halls

Seems like steam-punk aficionados Fearless Vampire Killers have taken a step back from the growling and turned to old-school pop-punk, the likes of early My Chemical Romance for their new single, ‘Neon In The Dance Halls‘. With a video featuring cameos from fellow eyeliner lovers Ashestoangels and daddy of the new goth-punk movement, William Control, this is definitely the sound of a young band taking their first steps towards stadium level. Good luck to them!
