Wakey wakey, its Monday! If you’re not feeling caffeinated enough yet (and hey, there’s not enough caffeine in the world for Mondays, is there?), this should give you a bit of a jump-start. Don Broco have just released the video for their storming new single ‘Money Power Fame‘.
It’s always the dream for your favourite band to return from hiatus, isn’t it? Whilst we might fall asleep dreaming of the return of some of our heroes (*cough* Hell Is For Heroes *cough*), Mt. Wolf are not one to keep their fans disappointed. The London collective have returned after a year of absence with the breathtakingly beautiful ‘Red‘. Think long, ambient melodies and a low-key, hushed vocal.
It seems the Brit-melodic-rock scene is alive and well these days. For those of you who don’t know their way around it yet, here’s a little taster for you. Southampton’s Circle Of Reason have been releasing a free track to download each month, taken from their back catalogue.

Did everyone have a good Halloween? I was out rocking my 15 year-old self’s battered goth boots and fishnets (both felt surprisingly comfy) and generally screaming the house down with some low-budget horror flicks.
