New music Wednesday.. The Fauns – Seven Hours

If you’re more of the indie persuasion, you might like this Savages-esque little number from Bristol five piece The Fauns. The band have already wowed the crowds over at BBC 6 Music, so they’re definitely worth a listen!

‘Seven Hours’ is taken from the band’s second album, ‘Lights’, which is due for release on December 2nd.

Plug those headphones in now..

Baby Godzilla – Don’t Touch That Dial

So we all like weird videos right? I don’t think even Fall Out Boy’s new video series could rival this one from Nottingham extremists Baby Godzilla. ‘Don’t Touch That Dial’ is one big barrel of weirdness, but in the best possible way.. Oh yeah, and its loud. Really loud.

Enjoy!

New Music Er, Wednesday: Catfish and the Bottlemen

Well if you (unlike me) were lucky enough to go to Reading or Leeds a couple of weeks ago, you might’ve already heard of these guys.. Indie rocksters Catfish and the Bottlemen made an appearance on the BBC Introducing stage over that weekend, but that’s not all. The band’s new single ‘Rango’ has been Zane Lowe’s hottest record (which is never a bad thing!) and is out on September 16.

Have a listen for yourself:
